@alisman Not sure how much work this would be, but it would save some people a lot of work manually changing colors in Adobe Illustrator. As you can see in the example, most tracks are red and blue.
This is definitely doable. Is it accurate that you would only want to change the color at the granularity of the legend? I.e. you could just click on a legend item and set its color? Or would you want the total cell level control that you would get in Illustrator?
Would this become a setting that gets persisted for all queries?

I would say the first one, be able to change the color at the granularity of the legend. It would be great to input a hexadecimal color code for each group in a legend or just have access to different color palettes. It would be nice if it's get persisted for all queries but I don't know how difficult it would be to code. Thank you!
Hello, It would be great to allow users to change the colors in the tracks like on the oncoprint below with the colors of their choice.
