Update to return correct number of Profiled Cases when mutation is found in a gene that isn't attached to a gene_panel #22

The legacy replaces the number of Profiled Cases with the total selected samples when a gene is not in a gene panel.
The current implementation is only counting the total number of genes stored in the db.
Difference found at TRAJ32.numberOfProfiledCases: 197980 != 386
