Caching #11

Keeping the downloaded videos somewhere. Would be nice so you don't use up internet bandwidth every time your screensaver activates - it's a little annoying for other people using the same connection.

Would also be nice for people with slow internet, for my Macbook I downloaded the video files of Apple's server, and placed them in the cache folder. Would be nice to do the same with the windows version.

+1 - on dual monitor setup it freezes on low bandtwitch. Also, can You make option to limit to only main monitor?

@kusz there's an option for main monitor, and in the current verison (v5) the caching is enabled only on a single thread. Please take a look.
