Could it be possible to let it run your own .mov file?

No problem, just copy your own video file in cache directory and overwrite the apple ones ( for instance b2-3.mov). You also can use MP4 files and change the file extension to mov.

I saw that the file AerialGlobalVars.cs have variables that allow to change the source of the videos. Maybe it can be done by creating your own json. But I don't have the knowledge to change it in the screensaver....
