Hello, so here's the problem, for a few days, so my screen saver launches but at the exit of standby to return to the lock screen of Windows 10, there I find myself with a black screen and impossible to go back to the lock screen it hangs on the black screen !!
Even with the command ctrl / alt / supr it does not change anything to force to stop the computer with the on / off button
