[App Setup] Loading Screen #17

When staring the App, we should see a non-cordova app loading screen. There's also a moment after the OS App starts up and when AngularJS is still starting up where all the {{angluarVariable}} markup shows which should be smoother.

[ ] Loading Screen
[ ] After App Starts up Before AngularJS finishes loading
