Are you also looking for MRI data that is released as part of a paper? There's probably a number of smaller MRI datasets hanging around the web (on nitrc or figshare), associated with specific studies.

Also, how 'open' are we talking about here? Some datasets, like PING and PNC, need an application to be filed. Do you mean open as in, 'can eventually get the data for free after applying?' Then there's lots more data, like from the USC servers (https://ida.loni.usc.edu/login.jsp) or government servers like the RDoCdb (https://data-archive.nimh.nih.gov/rdocdb/).

Thanks for adding to this! I'm focusing on datasets that would be useful for brain morphology analyses, so larger sample sizes or test-retest are necessary.

Regarding data use applications, you're right that a number of these require it (what you listed, as well as ADNI, AIBL, GSP, UK Biobank, possibly others). It would be great to have a note about those noted here too, as well as other datasets of that type, but I could definitely use some help in adding in that information.
