Get OpenStack access and setup running. #44

We are provided with an OpenStack access by the department. Configure it, set up the network, create the security group, set up keys and create the instances.

Current status:

Network is set up
Security group is created and configured
(My) keys are set up
Backend and database instance created
Backend: ferm and golang installed, backend source fetched and successfully built
Database: ferm, postgresql, postgis and postgresql-9.5-postgis-2.2 installed

Okay, will close this issue due to following exciting progress:

Database: PostgreSQL successfully set up and configured for internal network access
Database: PostGIS extension activated on project database
Backend: API is running in background and accepting requests on one of the floating IPs.

Confirmed with other team members that connecting our frontend to this setup is working.
