This time, for some reason, since the refactor of LiveData, when typing a query in the dictionary tab, the toolbar was autohiding.

This commit:

adds logging to the AppBarLayoutHelper.java
Sets the height to match_parent for the result list, so it's easier to pull down the toolbar if this bug happens again
Attempts to prevent the bug by:
- disabling autohide before doing a search
- forcing the toolbar to appear when results are received.
