Show status messages in the !status buffer #40

Saw this today on the public cabal:

14:59:39 <eea2c604> oops, does the help message display for the whole channel, or just me?

I've found this confusing too at different times. Weechat, for example, will show status messages ONLY in the status buffer. I think this makes sense for command output like /help and /channels in particular.
