5.0.5 alerting on unsubscribed channel #255

Hi,

On 5.0.5 I'm getting desktop alerts on github channel in the public cabal even though I'm not a member. When I click on the alert, I see the details of the channel.

I can also post to the channel that I'm not a member of.

@rinchen thanks for catching this! this has been fixed in the 5.1.0 release!
