Add screen navigation history and allow navigating through that history with the keyboard #256

Also fixes issue when text has been entered into the message input to allowing command-arrow navigation within that instead of navigating to another screen.

I ctrl+arrow all the time and kept running into this. lol

PS: is the shortcut option+⬆ for scrolling?

@todrobbins option+⬆ isnt a command we added but it does seem to work when the message list has focus i guess because browsers.
