This pr adds the UI and capability for sending private messages to other people and updates cabal-client to the latest version. :D

@cblgh thanks for your suggestions! I've implemented those changes and also fixed the message list and new message counts. making builds now to test.

@nikolaiwarner actually i changed my mind on the cabal-client update, this works pretty well on my machine as-is (found one bug but i couldn't replicate it so ´vov`)—let's just release this first and then do a patched version for the incoming cabal-client patches haha
