Implement multi cabal #16

It would be excellent if the app remembered all of your cabals (many keys and the unique nicknames for each one) and would automatically join them all.

oh! the issue i just wrote #27 is basically a dupe of this, except not as broad in scope (which might be a good idea for a first implementation)
