Implement setting name of a cabal #19

If a user has many cabals, it would be nice to set a friendly name for each cabal. At this time, cabals themselves dont provide a name to end users. In the short term until cabals can identify themselves, let's have a way for each user to store a friendly name for the cabals they join.
