Kicking off discussion of us creating a new website for Cabal, as per some discussions that have been happening on IRC and various cabals. These are some initial thoughts of mine, to get things started:

What are the purposes of the website?

to help people understand what cabal is, and how it differs from other chat programs
to help explain how cabal's unique moderation system works
to provide links + instructions on installing cabal and trying it out (usually joining the public cabal?)
to answer frequently asked questions

What are cabal's goals?

make chat available that
- is free
- is open source
- doesn't require accounts
- doesn't require the cloud
- is private
- Just Works, without any setup
