12:59:50 <noffle> eventually we can have a plugin anyone can add to their cabal that does
irc bridging! it could show usernames as first-class items, so "<noffle-IRC> hi" instead of
"<irc-bridge> <noffle> hi"

13:00:24 <noffle> imagine typing "/plugins list" to see the whole ecosystem of 
cabal plugins, then "/plugin install irc-bridge" to add it
