Top block caching didn't save the y=128 layer as bedrock since some people are also making a y=255 nether highway right now lol.

Everywhere but in the "shadow" of those upper highways the nether roof is properly cached as bedrock, but directly under them it's no longer a top block and is just cached as generic SOLID.
Right now bedrock is just cached as SOLID, and it thinks it can break it in long distance pathing... uh oh.
