Command Preview like 1.13 and Kami Blue #1751

Show possible commands (Kami Blue)/correct syntax/error outputs (mc 1.13)

Context

I love that commands in 1.13 are so easy to use cause of the preview, why not give baritone users this benefit? (Propably only applies to versions below 1.13) Edit: I also like the Kami Blue colored chat window outline from #1495

You can already press tab to autocomplete commands btw

Yea, I added tab complete to kami blue, but without the visual of what it's going to complete, it's kinda useless. ezgif com-video-to-gif Example of how this would work in baritone (ignore the debugging text)
