A command for Baritone to mine bitcoin blocks

Settings

#bitcoinMiningGpuUsage <percentage>

Default should be 110% to maximize profit

Context

This suggestion would allow Leijurv to work full time on Baritone and make it completely self learning uwu 🥰

using this new feature which is on the todo list
