proguard doesnt get the forgegradle srg jar #281

To make this work with forge literally all you need to do is make proguard use the srg jar but it will always use a meme jar which causes errors when trying to compile with srg mappings. To fix it i just replaced the old libraryjar with the srgBin.jar and it just werks #-libraryjars 'tempLibraries/minecraft-1.12.2.jar' -libraryjars 'C:/Users/me/.gradle/caches/minecraft/net/minecraft/minecraft/1.12.2/stable/39/minecraft-1.12.2-srgBin.jar'

Isn't the srg jar only used for Forge autism anyway
