Add mushrooms to farm

Add functionality to the farm module to place mushrooms, bonemeal them, and mine the mushroom blocks and stems.

Settings

A setting to control what tool to use. And if possible, more specifically, choose a tool with specific enchantments for specific blocks. For example, I want to farm mushroom stems (use silk touch), but I don't need the mushroom blocks (use fortune or unenchanted to get the shrooms black to replant).

Automatically farm mushrooms, mushroom stems, or mushroom blocks.

More fine grained control over tool selection has already been suggested a dozen times. I'll leave this open regardless of that because I can't find an existing suggestion to make mushrooms farmable.
