its mostly a problem of "there is no schematic mod for forge". if you find a litematica port for forge the command probably still works as it checks for the java class called "litematica" and not the mod file name. unless the port renames the classes it should work but the best way to know is try and see.
Well there actually is a schematic mod for forge called "Forgematica" which is more or less a port for litematica but i don't think they would have keep classes name since they rename the mod.
i have to drop a trust me bro here and say forgematica is a port of litematica and nobody in his right mind would go the extra mile to rename classes unless they have to or they want to sell it as their own. idk why forge would require the first case and the second one is invalid because im pretty sure the first sentence of the mod description even states that it is a litematica port. pls close this issue as resolved if you dont have a) a schematic mod for forge that isnt a litematica port b) prof that the litematica command doesnt work with the litematica port
Well i don't know what prof I can give you other than my word. I made the schematic hologram with forgematica and runned .litematica, it said "build done" without doing anything. I did the manual command .build house.schem while standing on the origin and it start building properly.
If you cannot trust me when i say the litematica command works with the port, try it yourself. I don't see the point of having this issue section if when someone tell you about something you just assume they are wrong.
the litematica command only works with .litematic schematics
What do you need help with?
Is there an equivalent for the litematica command for recent forge version? Litematica is fabric only, and schematica has not been updated for a while. What is possible on forge 1.19 or 1.20 ? Is forgematica compatible? Other schematics viewers ?
