drop an item next to you and tell it to mine this block which drops this item. it just ignores it. also it doesnt pick up freshly mined items. "minescandroppeditems is true". i also tried turning off all meteor modules.

it somehow placed the "latest.log" it under "## modified settings" in this post. i got no "debug.log" in my .minecraft folder from this date.
