Chart Converter is outdated (for base game) #26

So fnf 0.3.0 just came out and the chart editor is new and the charts are stored differently. So the converter is broken. For the base game, at least. Everything else is fine. So, please fix it. I'm trying to port The Week End 1 to Scratch.

find a psych engine port of weekend 1 and use that thats what i did
