7 months ago We actually do have that feature or a feature like that. It's only shipped in Debug configuration (compared to the Release stuff we publish) and I have no clue if and how the code works since I wasn't the one who wrote it. Edit: Okay, I now understand how it's supposed to work; even if it works, it seems pretty risky to give that to give that to users since it really removes every condition.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, Toybox -> Bag of Tricks -> Dialog -> Disable Dialog Restriction (Soulmark) exists but only disables alignment dialog restrictions, not those for Origin or similar. Likely also Homeworld, Archetype, Triumph, Darkest Hour, but Origin is easiest to see as there's a check for this within the first few dialog boxes of the game.

Having an option to remove all such restrictions would be useful. According to a discord conversation, such an option was made in debug, but never moved to release?
