[RT] [Bug] Broken Camera Rotation

Description of the bug

For the Rogue Trader version of Toybox, enabling any of the following options under Bag of Tricks -> Camera will break camera rotation, both via middle mouse and keyboard controls:

• "Enable Rotate on all maps and cutscenes"
• "Enable Mouse3 Dragging To Aim The Camera"
• "Ctrl + Mouse3 Drag To Adjust Camera Elevation" (still allows adjusting elevation as intended)
• "Invert X Axis" (both the Mouse/Keyboard ones break it for both with either or both enabled) NOT affected: "Free Camera", "Enable Zoom on all maps and cutscenes"

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Rogue Trader and start a new game (or load any save)
2. Open Mod Manager -> Toybox -> Bag of Tricks -> Camera
3. Enable any 1 or more of the options mentioned above
4. Attempt to rotate the camera via middle mouse button, Q, or E. It no longer works.
5. Disabling the options restores normal functionality.

For the features to work without locking rotating

Just wanted to report that I'm seeing this as well, And some insight, it seems like the camera is only rotating on acceleration but forcing itself back to "zero" when the mouse stops moving, aka when I turn a feature on, it considers itself at 0,0,0 and once I move the mouse in any direction, it attempts to move in that direction/distance. but once I stop moving, it moves back to its origin.

Did some changes in 1.5.9a. I have absolutely no clue about the Camera part of the code. Some stuff seems to work; some not. I'll close this for now. I'd appreciate it if you'd open another issue with specific problems in the camera stuff in 1.5.9a
