Bag of Tricks Not working 2.2.2g #1068

Description of the bug

Bag of Tricks tab is not working for me since the last update. I tried leaving a message

Toybox Loads but the "Bag of Tricks tab" has error message and is nonfunctioning. I've uninstalled the game and the mod several times and still doesn't work. Sorry I don't remember the exact error message it was last week when I uninstalled 2.2.2g and rolled it back to my previous working version of WOTR but I'm unable to use toybox with the new DLC because I don't have the 2.2.0as install files and I don't have the patch to upgrade to it from my last working version (2.1.4w.908)

Steps To Reproduce

Installed current version Installed toybox to the mods folder like I did with previous versions

Expected Behavior

Toybox will actually load up with 2.2.2. But the Bag of Tricks tab will display only an error message and without accessing the features in that tab I am unable to use the program reliabily.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I reinstalled the game to the current version and attached are the logs and screenshots.

I just reinstalled the game using steam and it worked fine. Unfortunately I bought the game on Gog so I can play offline so that I can update the game (and mods) at my convenience. Either way I'm not sure what the issue is with my gog installation, but I still want to thank you for the time and effort put into this mod and to this game in particular. I've had a great deal of personal enjoyment from it and I hope that in my life I've been able to bring a little joy to people like you (and contributors etc) have for me. Thanks again and I hope there is an easy fix.

The Steam version of the game does provide the occasional beta branch which allows playing without updates The error you're getting is because you're using an outdated ToyBox version for the game version you are using.

confirmed. I installed everything again and made sure to install it in both the steam and the Gog installation folders after all was setup. Problem was resolved. Thanks again for your time and quick responses.
