Equipment No Weight option bugged #1081

Description of the bug

The option Equipment No Weight in Bag of Tricks doesn't correctly remove the weight of equipment.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Turn on option
  2. Enter inventory screen
  3. See weight still on character

Expected Behavior

I really regret making all these fields for bug reports

It may also remove weight from everything in the inventory? But the other person didn't say they had that issue, so maybe I just have broken my test save

^ I believed that to be the intended functionality; it didn't work for single units because the EquipmentWeightAfterBuff Getter wasn't patched
