Master list of Gestalt related bugs #1130

Description of the bug

  1. Gestalt Growth settings aren't respected
    • From multiple people on Discord
    • Referencing the HP Dice growth, skill points, BAB, and saving throw growth toggles in the Level Up tab
  2. Mercenaries can't be gestalted upon creation
    • Workaround is to create the merc fully, and then go back and respec and gestalt as normal.
  3. Kineticist gets more blast damage then expected when gestalting
    • See #1042
  4. Mythic gestalt nonsense. Breaks a lot of things
    • See #723
    • Also breaks the Mythic UI in the inventory/character screen
  5. Oracle curse progresses with gestalt classes
    • Since curses are supposed to progress at half speed based on non Oracle classes, it's kind of intended? But gestalt probably should exclude them from the calculations
  6. Potentially not fixed (unconfirmed), gestalt not working on characters from below recruit level
    • Workaround is to use a mod like Lvl1Companions
