Add all items to Merchants #696

The add all items command is nice, but would like a less cheaty way to obtain items

My suggestion - a few versions of add all items to select vendor 1) add all non-unique magic items. 2) add all unique magic items. 3) add all items from 1/2 above.

then we can earn the items, could also make it so items plus or value can be adjusted. so if you want to add all swords that are +3 or higher you can.

and remove the Finnean items if possible
