Black background. #2

First time I preview a stl file the background is transparent. Second time it become black. If I Clean the cache (cleanmgr -> remove Thumbnail) the backgroung is transparent again...but just for the first time, second time I previewit becomes blak. Many thanks for your time.

There is 2 mysterious problems with the thumbnails

The black background is a totaly unsolved problem. It apears sometime. I cant reproduce the problem.

The "White Walkers" as a problem I tried to solve in december. The only thing i found out was that this happens sometimes when the STL itself contains a color (= white) .. I tried to blame it on "Game of Thrones" and that "Winter is Comming".. No success in that blame-game ;-)

My latest 0.26-beta that I almost compleated during 3Dmeetup in Sweden is soon to be released.

The STL thumbnail and the STL viewer will not crash the FileExplorer any more.

It will also be possible to just install the STL thumbnail/Viewer and/or The Marlin3DprinterTool and MarlinConfigurator. Just checkboxes during installation.. I think I even will run the registration ob The Windows Thumbnail Shell Extension direct after the installation (depending on a checkbox)

Thank you for your attention. If can be of any help to you I am using windows 10 64 bit and the black background appear every time. As I told before, if I delete the Thumbnail cache (using disk clear) the background is transparent again but when I reclick on the file it becomes black.

Another suggestion: if I understood correctly, in your program you have to chose the color on STL before Install and register STL Thumbnail? I think you have to write this somewere. At the begining I tried to change color after install and register with no result. Maybe you can disable the button after it is installed.

OOps!! This repository will be obsolite soon.. This will be included (again) in Mrlin3DprinterTool and the installer. The installer will have a choice to just install th STL viewer/Thumbnail
