Updated USTVGO channel list #10

Added better channel thumbnails and corrected channel names.

Thanks for the update. Will merge it soon. Did you know that you can put the channels.json file in the data folder and it will pick it up instead of the one that is installed? That way, you can maintain the updates while running cabernet install patches and not have the update overwrite your changes.
