Summary

Start container with custom IP/Netmask (ex: host IP)
Auto-install plugins on container first start
Use tini for ENTRYPOINT

NOTES: Use Docker_entrypoint.sh to generate the initial config isn't the best solution, but since the app doesn't provide other way to do it, it's the only way for now.
