Added streamlink to docker for alpine and slim-buster

For some reason my PRs always fail when the check workflow tries to push a docker image. I don't know what I am doing wrong. The updates do work for me though.

I think the push does not happen successfully until the push gets approved. I am going to include this directly in the next release candidate. Its a major release working to get the plugin manager up.
