Update CoreELEC installation instructions

For some reason when I submitted the PR it tried to push/create a docker image using cabernet/.github/workflows/docker-image.yml which failed.

It is strange that the workflow tried to push a new/update docker image when I submitted the PR and that PR is not yet accepted by you. I would think you would want to setup the workflow to only try to push a new/updated docker image only when you accept/merge the PR.

I deleted my last comment beacuse I have never used a git workflow to create a docker image so I have no idea how to fix this.
