CS BR: Section incorrectly quoted #9

Based on CS BRs v2.8, Section 10.2.4 is referencing "Section 16.2 ("Private Key Protection")".

Section 16.2 is however Signing Service Requirements. Private Key Protection (Now "Private Key Protection and Verification") is in Section 16.3.

I'd recommend we update this as part of a potential new cleanup ballot sometime after we have migrated to the RFC3647 structure
