Error in definition of "Translator"

The BRs attempt to state that a Translator can either be an individual ("natural person") or a company ("legal person"). This makes sense and is the intended reading.

However, the definition incorrectly expresses this using the defined term "Business Entity", which is far more restrictive than what was intended, and rules out the possibility of a Translator being a Private Organization or Government Entity, which most of them are.

In a cleanup ballot, we should fix the definition to state what was actually intended.
