Undefined term "Eligible Audit Scheme" in Section 8.2 #541

Eligible Audit Scheme is capitalized in Section 8.2 as though it were a defined term, but is not included in the definitions directly or by reference, afaict.

Probably just a clean-up task to remove the capitalization, unless the DGWG wants to add a definition for it (but that seems like it could end up being self-referential).
