Reportedly, approximately 10-20% of ransoms are currently paid in Monero (XMR), with many experts believing this could increase.

Monero support would require:

Support for longer addresses
Links to a different block explorer, such as xmrchain.net or exploremonero.com
Allowing amounts to be denominated in something other than BTC (XMR or the USD equivalent perhaps)

Why tho? Those can not be really tracked, and amounts can be only guessed unless someone starts to monitor chats
