DIS needs a better framework for collecting and storing DDoS metrics. Currently, the system will dump all attack sources older than 31 days, preventing us from getting any long term trend data with the granularity on attack sources. Also, Redis appears it might not be the best system to fetch metrics and runs rather slow.
