Add markdown files that contain the content of the new docs website.
Explain documentation process in main README
Do you have any concerns with this PR?
Need to take down old docs site.
How can the reviewer verify this PR?
Read docs content.
Any background context you want to provide?
I used Docusaurus for documentation. The docs folder contains the content of the documentation. The branch website also contains the docs folder, along with the documentation website code. The website is built and committed to the gh-pages branch to be published at https://cablelabs.github.io/lpwanserver. The instructions for updating and publishing the website are in the README of the website branch.
The website branch will also contain the versioned documentation html content. The docs in master are versioned naturally, by selecting the version tag in Github. The website docs will be versioned in the URL. I still have to play around with versioning in Docusaurus. I'll open a separate issue for it.
