Currently the PoC NetReach agent sets up vxlan tunnels between APs using vxlan IDs derived from the uuid of both APs and the vlan ID for the Service.
It was pointed out that this isn't necessary to use unique vxlan IDs for each AP link. The vxlan ID just needs to be Service-unique. So this can simplify the vxlan setup and avoid any (unlikely) ID collisions when deriving vxlan IDs per-link.
