Test iaas_launch.py -b #200

The CI scripts are not exercising iaas_launch.py -b as we do not have IPMI on VMs and this feature was rewritten

We will be able to cover this with the bare-metal CI.

I tried running -b option on bare metal . But it worked only for first time PXE, for second time when I execute -b it prompts PXE-E53 (No boot filename received) error.

Response from Greg from DRP community slack channel related to this:

drpcli machines update <uuid> '{ "CurrentTask": -1 }' --force This will force the current task backwards and start over. It should even wake up a runner.
