The SNAPS-OpenStack ci scripts are failing with the keystone install step and a few other issues.
PR #180 fixes some of the issue, but it continues fail when configuring keystone. The error message is that it can't connect to the MySql through HA Proxy, but it manual connections work. There was a hardware issue when we ran into this in the past, but it was more of an intermittent issue at that time.
This failure has been replicated on lab 3 and the CI lab.
