Error when running TASK [mariadb : Creating haproxy mysql user] #219

Hello

When I run kolla-ansible to setup openstack, I get error:

"msg": "unable to connect to database, check login_user and login_password are correct or /var/lib/ansible/.my.cnf has the credentials. Exception message: (1045, \"Access denied for user 'root'@'server-202' (using password: YES)\")"
}

Could you help me. Thanks.
