Dangling change in git during snaps-openstack deployment #55

The controller node had a dangling change to git in /etec/OpenStack/

init-runonce had a single line change.

This prevented completion of the deployment and took a while to debug. This is a placeholder bug, this may just be a spurious change left around by previous tester. Will retry with a cleaned box.
