Create Jenkins CI job for tofino/aggregate TNA #237

Create new job to execute aggregate_tna.p4 running in single_switch mode.

added the argument "-var p4_arch=tna" to the "terraform apply" command of the build/execute shell section of the existing transparent-security-tofino-aggregate job. We will probably stop all v1model development activities on Tofino so no need to continue testing it.
