went through sandbox_editor:

[x] getProjectOpsCode is now done with loadjs
setProjectName is used in patchserverapi.js to set title when clicking in patch summary
getOpCode is used in opsserver.js to get code for editor
[x] getCoreOpsCode is now done with loadjs
[x] getAllOps is deprecated by getAllProjectOps
[ ] getBlueprintOps should be removed
