TriggerSend/Receive list formatting improvements #851

For the TriggerReceive and TriggerSend ops:

Request is that the list of triggers is in alphabetical order. Stretch goal would be a rename function.

Would help to manage them when you've got many triggers.

Ideally would conform to the same formatting of variable lists on the varGet varSet ops.
